Duane Machtig is the President and founder of ATV, Inc. So before I tell you about ATV, I want to take a second to tell you about him.
For 15 years Mr. Machtig was Training Director of the Bank of California, a Fortune 500 company. He left to become the Executive Vice President of a large cleaning company. During the 5 years he worked there he helped build their sales to fourteen million dollars a year and trained 1,200 cleaning employees.
At this point, Duane decided to start his own company doing what he did best; helping businesses train their cleaning staff. They started out small, originally producing four filmstrips with sound but today they are the most successful business of this kind in the world.
American Training Videos has provided training products to over 4,000 hospitals and 1,500 health care facilities. (This impresses me because hospitals are very demanding about their cleaning and safety training.) To name just a very few of them, they count Disneyland and Disneyworld among their customers, VA hospitals across America, also Holiday Inn, The United States Supreme Court and The White House.
