Helpful Hints
Streaks
When cleaning with microfiber cloths, fill a spray
bottle with water and spray a dry cloth rather than
wetting the towel first, and then trying to wring it
dry. If the cloth is too wet, streaks can result,
especially on glass. The streaks are caused by water
-- either too much or too little.

Spray more water if necessary, and then use a clean,
dry towel to clean and absorb the water. This method
allows you to control the amount of liquid applied
to the surface. Dry cloths clean better and absorb
the liquid more effectively, leaving the surface
clean, dry, and streak free. If you DO use a wet
cloth, follow up by wiping with a dry microfiber
cloth.
Lint
When you wash and dry your microfiber cloths or mop
pads, be sure you wash and dry them without any other
type of articles in the machine. Many people think
that newly washed and dried microfiber towels will
"lint". In reality, the towel has probably been washed
or dried with other clothing, and has attracted lint
to it from these other items. If you wash and dry your
microfiber cloths and mop pads by themselves, you will
find this linting problem has probably disappeared.
Washing Microfibers:
If the cloth becomes too dirty, it will begin to
streak. It is then time to wash the cloth. Machine
wash with laundry soap or hand wash with dish soap and
water. Rinse thoroughly. Air dry or put in dryer on
low to medium heat.
NOTE: Never use any type of fabric softener or dryer
sheet when cleaning or drying microfibers. The cloth
will treat the fabric softener as if it was dirt. It
will try to store the tiny particles of the softener
in the towel fibers and may cause the cloth to be less
effective.
