Hint Number Four

Endless voicemail and telephone menus are the bane of people in our business. But you don't have to get stuck in telephone menu hell!

Hit "0" or hit "#" when you reach voicemail or a phone menu this will normally route you to an actual human being who can give you the information you want.

If that doesn't work, dial a phone number that's a digit or two off the main phone number of the business. For instance, if their number is 555-2800, try 555-2801 and see what happens. Often times this will connect you to someone in the business who can use their in-house directory to give you the phone number of the person you want to speak to.
