A Month of Hints for Your Cleaning Business

Sell them what they want

Hi:

I'm James Nokes from The Cleaning Institute
Here is hint number five, I hope you enjoy it.

Hint Number Five

Eventually selling your cleaning services comes down to this: a desk, with you on one side and the owner or manager of a business on the other side.

When you get to this point, don't talk about your great cleaning service. Everyone with a cleaning service promises great cleaning - they tune you out when you say this. Talk about what most benefits them. And I will tell you right now, the number one benefit they want from a cleaning service is that you will be hassle-free for them.

They want a service they can pretty much forget about. This is a point that new cleaning business owners especially need to learn. Cleaning may be the center of your world and you may be just busting to tell how great a job you'll do. But the people you want to sell to don't want to hear it. They are busy people, they want to know how you will make their life easier. Remember that fact and you will definitely make more sales.
