A 'satisfaction guaranteed or your money back' type guarantee can be awfully powerful in our line of work. And as long as you know what you're doing, pretty safe. But you can make it even better.

The standard 'or your money back guarantee' works like this: You do the first clean and if the customer doesn't like it you don't charge them anything and they look for another cleaning company.

Here is how you can make a good deal better. You do the first clean, if they don't like your work, it's free, as before. But if they do like your work they pay you as agreed, and you clean their home or office (it works either way) for 3 months then they get the fourth month for free.

This gives them the safety of the first guarantee with a very strong incentive to sign up for your service. It even makes the original guarantee safer for you because if they cancel after the first clean they will miss out on a full month of free cleaning service.

And while it saves them what you charge for a month's cleaning. It only costs you what you pay to clean the account for a month which is mainly your labor costs.

A guarantee like this is a great deal for your customer and it's a great way to grow your business fast.
