Independent Contractor Guidelines -- the eBook!

Gary Clipperton, the author of the bidding software, Jan Bid, has a new information product for professional cleaners called Independent Contractor Guidelines. In case you're not familar with the term, Independent Contractors are cleaning business owners who work for a cleaning contractor. The contractor in turn has the actual cleaning contract with the client. Independent Contractors (or I.C.s) subcontract to clean the client's business but they work for the contractor.

Why Work as an Independent Cleaning Contractor?

I don't want to repeat all the information I wrote on this subject already so I included a link to my article, Working as an Independent Contractor? Click Here to read it.

According to The Wall Street Journal, I.C.s are usually paid at least 20% to 40% more per hour than employees performing the same work. Also, as an I.C. you'll probably pay less in income taxes because you can take advantage of many tax deductions that are not available to employees. These deductions might include: home office expenses, travel expenses, meal expenses, equipment and insurance costs and many others.

But just lisitng expenses you can deduct and the higher pay you'll probably receive as an I.C. seriously underestimates the benefits you will enjoy when becoming an I.C.

The two most important things to remember about being an I.C are:

(1) It's a great way to get a professional start in the cleaning field.

(2) I.C.s are businesses owners. If you become an I.C. you can grow your business the way you never could just working for someone else. You can take on as many accounts as you can handle and you can work for as many contractors as you like too. You can invest in your business, often with liberal tax advantages, and you can even hire your own employees just like any other business!

Why do you need the Independent Contractor Guidelines?

Gary Clipperton has been in the cleaning field for nearly forty years, during this time he has started several cleaning businesses from scratch, turned them into commercial successes, and sold them for a profit. He has also trained hundreds of cleaning personnel, consulted with over three hundred cleaning businesses, and dealt with countless subcontractors. Because of his extensive background, Gary's Guidelines, is an absolutely unique product that will show you how you can become a superstar among Independent Contractors.

 Plus, You Get Me....

While Gary has many years of experience of working with subcontractors, I started my cleaning business as an I.C. so that I could quit my old job and support myself while I finished getting my degree. So I added a Forward to the Inpependent Contractor Guidelines to relate something of my experiences in the field and a few tricks of the trade I picked up.

But you do need a FREE Acrobat Reader to view it. If you don't already have a Reader, click here to download your free copy.

 How Much Is It?

I'm glad you asked, it's a very affordable $34.97
