My Comments: they have a free newsletter you can sign up for and if you buy a membership you can get your questions answered by their Advisory Board, join their Chat Groups and message boards, and get new product and equipment information. They also have members discounts on Seminars, Training Materials, Instructional Videos, etc. Even more than commercial cleaning businesses, residential cleaning firms have to compete with low-priced, unprofessional, often illegal competition. ARCP calls them, "trunk slammers," ARCP helps give you the means of fighting back by providing service that is: professional, reliable and just plain superior to the competition. | ||

My Comments: With those few brief words, Dennis Gaskill (a.k.a. Boogie Jack) introduces his newest website. In it he has HTML tutorials, CSS tutorials, Design & Marketing aritcles and much much more! Notice how my scroll bars are emerald green and the little arrows that are on other people's scroll bars are gone from mine? Or if your put your mouse on one of the links on my site, it will change color and get a line on top of it and another one underneath? Those are just some of the many tricks I learned from Boogie Jack or Dennis or whatever he calls himself these days. If you want your commercial or residential cleaning website to be the best possible with the least time, effort, and expense on your part, I definitely recommend you give HTMLville.com a look see. | ||

And, what I thought was really neat, they have video tutorials covering basic functions of their software; how to cancel a job (thirty eight second tutorial), how add or edit a customer (one minute tutorial), changing scheduled crews (two minutes and 10 seconds long tutorial), etc. - but you do need a high-speed connection to view them. | ||
