Office Cleaning Part I

(My View)

This video presents the first half of seven steps for cleaning offices. Along with the information on the individual steps; I was very favorably impressed with all the general information they give as well.

For instance, they discuss what a cleaner needs to know about dealing with the customer's keys, conversations with customers, making sure they don't push trash down into trash cans with their bare hands, and many other issues.

I particularly like their method for dusting, unlike some people who expect their cleaning staff to immediately become ambidextrous when they dust, they have a dusting technique that's fast but at the same time natural and easy for their staff to learn.

As with all of ATV's products this video has high-quality production values and has been updated within the last several years. It has an interactive format in which it asks questions and pauses so the viewer can write down the answer. This allows you to make sure your employees are paying attention. Because of the well written scripts, video demonstrations and the question-and-answer format, viewers of these tapes have a very high level of information retention.
