CD Version of Training Manual (My Comments)
In a number of ways this CD was a disappointment. The content was good, more on that later. But punctuation and spelling were amateurish especially in the first couple of chapters. For some reason they seemed to throw semicolons around in the text almost at random. It was annoying and should have been caught and properly edited.
Along with that they had more pictures than they needed especially since most of the pictures didn't convey much information. They were just pictures of people working without any relationship to the text they were supposed to illustrate. This wouldn't have mattered so much but this is a CD and loading excessive graphics from the CD to the computer screen slows things down quite a bit.
But once you got past these problems the content was good. They went over everything they covered on the tapes but without the advantage of being able to show the cleaning activity. The tests were good and the Final Test had 82 questions which did a very thorough job of testing the users knowledge of the material.
