This is a handsome reproduction of all the written information from the videos. The tests can be removed and photocopied. The binder also allows you to read over all the hints they give you on the videos and commit them to memory. It can be used as part of a detailed program to teach janitorial skills to your staff. However, if you are on a budget, you can probably live with out it.
