This video on safety measures for custodians can give you a very quick return on your investment by lowering your insurance costs. Be sure to check with your insurer to find out. Often times they won't volunteer information on ways you can lower your costs; you will have to do a little investigation. But it can be well worth the effort, for the one-time expense of buying this tape, you can permanently lower your insurance costs.
And a documented saftey program is a great way to make your company stand out with clients as well. I would send all your current clients notification of your new safety program as well as using it as a selling-point with potential customers.

As with all of ATV's products this video has high-quality production values and has been updated within the last several years. It has an interactive format in which it asks questions and pauses so the viewer can write down the answer. This allows you to make sure your employees are paying attention. Because of the well written scripts, video demonstrations and the question-and-answer format, viewers of these tapes have a very high level of information retention.
