They cover the remaining two carpet cleaning techniques in this video; dry foam carpet shampooing and the dry chemical method. In both cases they show the basic technique used in these two types of cleaning. But they don't stop there, they show how to prepare the carpets for cleaning and how to clean very heavily soiled areas.
They also do a good job of showing you how to blend the results when you clean a heavily soiled area (spot cleaning) with the surrounding carpet so that the spot you cleaned doesn't stand out from the surrounding carpet. This is a very important aspect of the job that a lot of so called professionals haven't mastered.

As with all of ATV's products this video has high-quality production values and has been updated within the last several years. It has an interactive format in which it asks questions and pauses so the viewer can write down the answer. This allows you to make sure your employees are paying attention. Because of the well written scripts, video demonstrations and the question-and-answer format, viewers of these tapes have a very high level of information retention.
